I wish I had a real pleasant story to share, I went to my bank and needed extra cash you know how hard it is to make ends meet on social security, so they gave me a credit line on my house, it all started out good until the interest rate started climbing then i was forced to use the credit line to pay the bill, i was almost to the end of my rope then i went to a reverse mortgage seminar here at our senior center and Dave and his staff were able to get me a reverse mortgage which paid off the credit line and also gave me much needed extra funds to use as i wished. what a live saver.

After 53 years of marriage my husband passed away, something we never prepared for was the fact of the house hold income getting cut in half also, well my reverse mortgage bridge that gap now i have a extra $800.00 per month to live on,i have my independence back!
